Membership data is retained unless you specifically ask that it be remove upon the expiration of your membership. Only the Publisher/Business Manager and the Journal Layout Editor have access to the membership database.

If you have a membership with NASWA, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you upon the termination of your membership. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Any materials posted to the NASWA Facebook page or the NASWA groups.io discussion group are subject to the privacy policies of those services. Please do not post material under copyright or materials that violate the acceptable use policies of these platforms.
